Quite simply fill the container 3/4 full of water, and add as much
expander pellet as required, pump the handle several times to create a
vacuum wait about 30 seconds for the water to penetrate and press the
button to watch the pellets sink to the bottom. Then wait a couple of
minutes then empty the water, after this process you will have perfect
soft, fresh hookable pellets that will be superb fish attractors! For
variety try dog and cat biscuits for an extra edge!
