magnesium and incorporates a corrosion-resistant finish that protects the
reel in the harshest environments. The waterproof micro-pitch drag (48
clicks/points per rotation) allows easy fine-tuning to the desired drag
tension and provides a wide range of settings, low start up inertia, and
excellent durability. The innovative Rigid Support Drag eliminates spool
wobble, even at light drag settings whilst the Direct Drive Mechanism
increases power transmission. Other features include a low wear rate pinion
gear, wide diameter drive gear and black Almite super Duraluminium drive
